Paragraph 1: Travel expenses

The travel expenses mentioned in a of 3° of I of article Annexe 4-8 shall be subject to a flat-rate reimbursement: 1° Equal to thirty-two times the 1st class rail mileage tax for each document served, apart from the case provided for in 2°, and each report drawn up by the bailiff; 2° Equal to €8.80 for service made exclusively by electronic means.

In the overseas departments, for any travel of more than 2 kilometres from the boundaries of the commune where the office is located, the travel expenses mentioned in a of 3° of I of article Annexe 4-8 are reimbursed at a flat rate: 1° Equal to the price of the outward and return ticket for the distance travelled, if the journey is made by a public transport service; 2° Equal…
