Subsection 5: Special provisions for the départements of Bas-Rhin, Haut-Rhin and Moselle

Pursuant to the second paragraph of article R. 444-4, services rendered pursuant to provisions of local law applicable in the départements of Bas-Rhin, Haut-Rhin and Moselle give rise to the collection of fees under the conditions set out in this sub-section.

A fixed fee of €98.10 is charged for appeals relating to land registers, certificates of inheritance, executor’s certificates, certificates of non-damages, associations, compulsory execution, compulsory administration, judicial partition and tax proceedings.

The drawing up of a power of attorney in matters of judicial partition, forced execution, submission to forced execution in a deed, and forced administration gives rise to the collection of a fixed fee of €26.41. .
