Article A444-79-1 of the French Commercial code
The acts relating to the future protection mandate provided for in the third paragraph of Article 477 of the Civil Code give rise to the collection of the fees provided for in Article A. 444-79.

The acts relating to the future protection mandate provided for in the third paragraph of Article 477 of the Civil Code give rise to the collection of the fees provided for in Article A. 444-79.
