When the amount of eligible damage is less than six million euros excluding taxes, the maximum total amount of aid provided by the solidarity grant for the equipment of local authorities and their groupings affected by climatic or geological events is equal to the product of the total amount of eligible damage by a rate set by the ministers responsible for local authorities and the budget. .
