The Chairman of the Group Medical Commission is provided with the necessary resources to ensure that the body functions properly. The governance charter referred to in article L. 6132-2-1 sets out the material and human resources made available to him/her, including at least one member of staff chosen jointly with the chair of the strategic committee.
