In the local authorities governed by Article 73 of the Constitution and in Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélemy, the price below which it is prohibited to sell a tobacco product mentioned in Article L. 3512-4 is the price resulting from 3° of Article L. 314-22 of the Code of Taxes on Goods and Services.
