Subsection 1: Temporary replacement

For the application of the provisions of article D. 6213-13 to army hospital interns and army hospital physician or pharmacist assistants, the authorisation or certificate, as the case may be, is issued by the Minister of Defence, who informs the Director General of the Regional Health Agency, the departmental council or the section of the relevant Association as soon as possible, specifying the identity of the intern or army hospital…

The biologist-in-charge of the laboratory where the replacement is to take place must notify the director of the regional health agency at least fifteen days in advance, except in cases of force majeure. He shall attach to his declaration proof that the conditions laid down in the previous article have been met.
