Subsection 4: General principles governing the operation of national professional councils

National professional councils and federations are associations governed by the law of 1st July 1901 on the contract of association, with a general meeting, a board of directors and an executive committee.

Each National Professional Council and each federative structure adopts its own rules of procedure.
