Section 2: Special provisions

The provisions of this section apply to workers linked to the platforms defined in Article L. 7341-1 and performing one of the following activities: 1° Driving a chauffeur-driven transport vehicle ; 2° Delivering goods by means of a two- or three-wheeled vehicle, whether motorised or not.

As part of its social responsibility towards the workers referred to in Article L. 7342-8, the platform may draw up a charter setting out the terms and conditions for exercising its social responsibility, defining its rights and obligations and those of the workers with whom it has a relationship. Any dispute concerning the compliance of the charter with the provisions of this Title, or concerning the approval or refusal of approval, shall fall within the jurisdiction of the judicial court whose seat and jurisdiction shall be determined by decree, to the exclusion of any other contentious or administrative appeal.
