I. – In addition to the health warnings provided for in Article L. 3512-22 and the warnings relating to the impact on the environment of the abandonment of waste resulting from the consumption of tobacco products, as well as the signs and information provided for in Article L. 541-9-3 of the Environmental Code, the following information must be legibly and uniformly displayed on a unit packet or outer packaging of…

I.-The brand name and trade name may not be affixed inside the unit packet and outer packaging of cigarettes or roll-your-own tobacco. II-The manufacturer’s details may appear, under conditions defined by order of the Minister for Health, inside the unit packet and outer packaging, instead of on an external surface.

The brand name and trade name may be printed on cigarette paper in accordance with the procedures defined by order of the Minister for Health.
