I.-A cigarette packaging unit does not have any opening that can be resealed or unsealed after the first opening, with the exception of the top hinged lid and the hinged lid of a folding box. II – For packaging units with a hinged top lid and a hinged lid opening, the lid is only hinged at the back of the packaging unit.
