The workplaces subject to the ban on vapour in application of 3° of Article L. 3513-6 of this Code are premises with workstations, whether or not they are located in the establishment’s buildings, closed and covered, and assigned for collective use, with the exception of premises open to the public.

In the places referred to in 1° and 2° and in the buildings housing the places referred to in 3° of Article L. 3513-6, clearly visible signs indicate the principle of the ban on vaping and, where applicable, the conditions under which it applies within these places.

The provisions of articles R. 3513-2 to R. 3513-3 apply without prejudice to the legislative and regulatory provisions relating to health and safety.
