Section 6: Provisions specific to local authorities governed by Article 73 of the Constitution, Saint-Martin, Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon

In the local authorities governed by Article 73 of the Constitution, in Saint-Martin, in Saint-Barthélemy and in Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, in Article D. 3512-9-1, the words: “tobacconists, holders of purchaser-reseller status and resellers, mentioned in the first paragraph of Article 568 of the General Tax Code” are replaced by the words: “engaged in the tobacco trade”.
