When the public prosecutor’s delegate notifies a misdemeanour criminal order in application of the second paragraph of article 495-3, he may receive payment of the criminal fines pronounced using an electronic payment terminal. The same applies when he notifies a contraventional criminal order pursuant to the second paragraph of article 527.
