Subsection 3: Financial contributions from communes, public establishments for inter-communal cooperation and the Corsican local authority to the budget for fire and rescue services in Corsica

The contribution of the Corsican regional authority to the budget of each fire and rescue service in Corsica is set each year by a decision of the Assembly of Corsica in the light of the reports on the development of resources and the foreseeable costs of the services during the coming year, adopted by the boards of directors of these services.

In compliance with the competitive tendering rules set out in Order no. 2015-899 of 23 July 2015 relating to public contracts, the Corsican local authority may carry out, on behalf of and at the request of one of the public establishments mentioned in Article L. 1424-77, the maintenance of all of its equipment.
