Section 1: Membership

The only members of a collective management organisation are the rightholders mentioned in the first paragraph of Article L. 321-1 and, where applicable, entities grouping rightholders, in particular collective management organisations. The conditions of membership of the collective management organisation and any refusal by the latter are subject to the rules defined in Articles L. 322-3 and L. 322-4.

Collective management organisations keep up-to-date registers of their members.
