The information required to carry out occupational medicine duties for temporary workers is communicated by the temporary employment undertaking to the user undertaking and to the other temporary employment undertakings concerned.

The occupational health physician of the user undertaking and the occupational health physician of the temporary employment undertaking shall exchange the information necessary for the performance of their duties.
