Article R4426-10 of the French Labour Code

When the company disappears or when the worker changes company, the medical file is sent either to the occupational physician of the new company, or to the occupational health inspector, who is responsible for sending it, where appropriate, at the worker’s request, to the occupational physician now responsible. At the worker’s request, the medical file is sent to the doctor designated by the worker.
