Subsection 3: Authorisation of derogations

Authorisation is required for the conclusion of an agreement as provided for in article L. 1453-8 which stipulates the offer of benefits whose individual or cumulative amount per agreement exceeds amounts set, according to the profession and the nature of the derogation and for a given period, by order of the ministers responsible for the economy and health, made after consulting the professional bodies concerned.

The person referred to in Article L. 1453-5 shall send the application for authorisation to the competent administrative authority or professional association concerned, using a remote procedure.
