Sub-section 2: Declaration of exemptions

Any agreement stipulating the offer of benefits whose value is less than the amounts provided for in article L. 1453-11 is subject to declaration by the person referred to in article L. 1453-5, who transmits the declaration by tele-procedure to the competent administrative authority or professional body concerned.
