Subsection 1: Common provisions

No later than one month prior to the setting up or renewal of the regional joint cross-industry committees, the Minister responsible for labour shall determine the number of seats allocated per committee to the employee trade union organisations and to the professional employers’ organisations whose statutory purpose is cross-industry in nature. No administrative appeal may be lodged against this decree.
