Section 4: Appeal procedures

Appeals against decisions made by the Enforcement Board pursuant to article L. 327-15 shall be brought, investigated and judged in accordance with the provisions of this title. The sanctioned organisation and the Enforcement Committee must be parties to the proceedings, even if they do not lodge an appeal or an incidental appeal against the decision of the Enforcement Board. .

I. – The appeal provided for in Article L. 327-15 is lodged within a period of two months by a written statement lodged in as many copies as there are parties plus one, at the clerk’s office of the court of appeal against receipt.
