The application for approval, accompanied by a file drawn up in accordance with article R. 329-7, is sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt to the Minister for Culture, who issues a receipt. Accreditation is granted by order of the minister responsible for culture, published in the Journal officiel de la République française.

The approval is renewable under the same conditions as the initial approval.

Any change of status or general regulations, and any termination of office of a member of the deliberative and governing bodies of an approved organisation must be communicated to the Minister responsible for culture within fifteen days of the corresponding event. Failure to notify may result in the withdrawal of approval under the conditions laid down in Article R. 329-12.

If an approved organisation ceases to fulfil one of the conditions set out in Article R. 329-7, the Minister responsible for culture shall give it written notice to comply with the conditions of approval.
