A decree of the Conseil d’Etat shall determine the procedures to be followed by the Autorité de contrôle prudentiel et de résolution and the Autorité des marchés financiers in exercising the powers vested in them by Articles L. 532-19 to L. 532-21-3. This decree determines, in particular, the procedures for informing the competent authorities of the other Member States and the European Commission.
