Section 1: Approval of data communication service providers

If the Autorité des marchés financiers does not respond within the time limit referred to inArticle L. 549-4, the application is deemed to have been rejected.

The authorisation granted pursuant to I of Article L. 549-2 shall be notified by the Autorité des marchés financiers to the European Securities and Markets Authority.
