The employer provides the social and economic committee with suitable premises and the equipment it needs to carry out its duties.
The Social and Economic Committee may organise internal staff information meetings in the premises made available to it, particularly on topical issues. The committee may invite outside personalities, trade unions or others, under the conditions set out in articles L. 2142-10 and L. 2142-11. These meetings take place outside the participants’ working time. However, members of the Social and Economic Committee staff delegation may meet during their delegation time.
