Chapter II: Simplified arrangements for declaring and collecting social security contributions

The provisions of articles L. 1271-1 to L. 1271-16 and of sub-section 2 of section 1 of chapter III bis of book I of the social security code relating to the universal employment-service voucher apply in Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique, Mayotte, La Réunion, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon.

The provisions of sub-section 2 of section 1 of chapter III bis of book I of the social security code relating to the “chèque emploi associatif” and of chapter II of title VII of book II of the first part of this code apply in Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique, Mayotte, La Réunion, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon.

The provisions of sub-section 2 of section 1 of chapter III bis of book I of the social security code relating to private individuals who employ childcare workers mentioned in 4° of article L. 133-5-6 of the same code and chapter I of title III of book V of the same code apply in Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique, La Réunion, Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin.
