Article L4823-2 of the French Labour Code

In Guadeloupe, French Guiana, Martinique, Mayotte, La Réunion, Saint-Barthélemy, Saint-Martin and Saint-Pierre-et-Miquelon, the employer shall ensure that each worker receives regular and appropriate information on the major natural hazards, mentioned in I of article L. 562-1 of the Environment Code, to which he is exposed in the workplace and on the measures taken to prevent them.
