Sub-paragraph 6: Appeal procedures

The Commission’s decisions may be appealed to the Conseil d’Etat under the conditions laid down in Title II of Book VIII of the Code of Administrative Justice.

An appeal for review may be lodged with the commission in the event that its decision is based on false documents. The appeal must be lodged within one month of the day on which the party became aware of the ground for review that it is invoking.

Where a decision of the Commission is vitiated by a material error likely to have had an influence on the judgment of the case, the interested party may appeal to the Commission for rectification. This appeal must be lodged within one month of the day of notification of the decision whose rectification is requested.
