Points are used up in accordance with the scale set out in article R. 4163-11 in increments of 10 points for the uses set out in 2° and 3° of this article and point by point for the use set out in 1° of the same article.

The first twenty points registered are reserved for the use referred to in 1° of I of article L. 4163-7, unless they are used for the professional retraining project referred to in 4° of I of the same article. The total number of points registered on the professional prevention account that may be used before the employee’s sixtieth birthday for the purposes mentioned in 2° of I of article L. 4163-7 may not exceed 80 points.

The account holder can access a points statement online to find out how many points are available for the desired uses and to print out a receipt.

The request to use the points registered on the professional prevention account under 1° to 4° of I of article L. 4163-7 is made online by the account holder on the website dedicated to this purpose, in the form and with the supporting documents determined by order of the minister responsible for social affairs.
