Subsection 6: Commissions

In the absence of an agreement as provided for in Article L. 2315-45, committee members may be chosen from company employees who are not members of the social and economic committee. Without prejudice to the provisions of articles L. 2315-39 and L. 2315-47, the committee commissions are chaired by one of its members.

In the absence of an agreement as provided for in Article L. 2315-45, the Social and Economic Committee and, in companies with at least three hundred employees, the Training Committee are informed of the leave opportunities granted to employees, the conditions under which such leave was granted and the results obtained.
