Section 5: Operation

The health care organisations belonging to a regional hospital grouping set up a single quality account with a view to the joint certification provided for in article L. 6132-4. This certification gives rise to a single visit to all the sites of the health care organisations involved in the grouping.

No later than fifteen days before the deadline stipulated in the first paragraph of article R. 6145-29, the establishments that are part of the regional hospital grouping send their revenue and expenditure forecasts and their overall multi-year funding plan to the strategic committee for its opinion.
