Section 2: Appeals and disputes

A dispute relating to a decision of the administrative authority taken on the basis of article L. 2316-8 falls within the jurisdiction of the judicial court, which shall have final jurisdiction. The provisions of articles R. 2314-24 and R. 2314-25 are applicable to such disputes.

Disputes relating to the electorate, to the regularity of electoral operations and to the appointment of trade union representatives as provided for in Article L. 2316-9 fall within the jurisdiction of the court of first instance, which has final jurisdiction. The provisions of articles R. 2314-24 and R. 2314-25 are applicable to these disputes.
