The Social and Economic Committee may call upon the expert in technological risks mentioned in article L. 4523-5 in the event of serious danger in connection with the classified installation. The expert submits his report within forty-five days of being called upon.

The representatives of external companies referred to in Article L. 4523-11 have a consultative vote on the extended Health, Safety and Working Conditions Committee.

Accidents at work for which the extended Health, Safety and Working Conditions Committee is convened, pursuant to Article L. 4523-13, are accidents which have led or may have led to serious consequences.
