Subsection 1: Transferred services.

The personnel expenses corresponding to the services or parts of services mentioned in article R. 4422-31 are borne by the Corsican local authority under the conditions provided for in Title I of law n° 85-1098 of 11 October 1985 relating to the assumption of responsibility by the State, the departments and the regions for the personnel, operating and equipment costs of the services placed under their authority.
