Subsection 3: Specific provisions relating to the handling of industrial radiology equipment

The industrial radiology equipment mentioned in 3° of article R. 4311-7, the list of which is set by decree, may only be handled by a worker holding a certificate of aptitude issued by the Institute for Radiological Protection and Nuclear Safety following appropriate training.

When industrial radiology equipment is used outside a fixed installation dedicated to its use, it is operated by a team of at least two employees from the company that owns the equipment.
