In application of the provisions of the last paragraph of article L. 1251-22, the reinforced individual monitoring provided for in article R. 4451-82 is carried out, with regard to the temporary employee, by the user undertaking defined in 1° of article L. 1251-1. The occupational physician of the temporary employment undertaking is informed of the results of this monitoring.
