Subsection 3: Exposure on board spacecraft

The limit value for effective dose and equivalent dose for the crystalline lens laid down in Article R. 4451-6 may be waived during a space flight provided that the employer ensures that these doses are kept below a reference level of 500 millisieverts for the duration of the flight.
