Subsection 3: Role of the radiation protection advisor

Under the responsibility of the employer, the radiation protection advisor participates, with a view to prevention, in safeguarding the health and safety of workers. He carries out his duties in conjunction with the occupational physician, the employee referred to in I of article L. 4644-1 and the social and economic committee.
