The Institut de Radioprotection et de Sûreté Nucléaire (Institute for Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety) defines, after consultation with the Minister for Work, the organisational and pricing conditions under which it carries out the tasks entrusted to it in Article R. 4451-61.

The Institut de Radioprotection et de Sûreté Nucléaire (Institute for Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety) shall issue a technical opinion on the orders issued pursuant to this chapter.
