The manufacture, possession and use of batches of Category A, B or C radioactive sources, high activity sealed sources as defined inAnnex 13-7, the management of radioactive waste as defined in Article L. 542-1-1 of the Environment Code and the use on humans of any source of ionising radiation for any purpose whatsoever cannot benefit from the provisions of article R. 1333-106.
