Subsection 2: Social protection

The Autorité des marchés financiers may opt, for its private-sector employees, to benefit from the guarantee of resources for workers deprived of employment under the special scheme provided for in Article L. 5424-1 of the Labour Code .

All contract employees under public law are covered by the supplementary pension scheme for non-tenured employees of the French State and local authorities (IRCANTEC) under the terms and conditions of this scheme.

The Autorité des marchés financiers is a member of a supplementary pension scheme for its private-law employees.

Provident schemes may be set up for all staff of the Autorité des marchés financiers under the conditions laid down in Book IX of the Social Security Code.
