The ministries, national joint employment committees of professional branches, organisations and bodies responsible for registering one or more professional qualifications registered in the national register of professional qualifications or one or more qualifications or authorisations registered in the specific register referred to in article L. 6113-6 are referred to as certifying ministries and organisations.
