For the application of article R. 5133-10 in Mayotte, the following words are added after the words: “L. 262-28 of the Code de l’action sociale et des familles”: “subject to the adaptations set out in XII of article L. 542-6 of the same code”.

For the application of article R. 5133-17 to Mayotte, the following words are added to the last sentence after the words: “are applicable”: “subject to the adaptations set out in XII and XXI of article R. 542-6 of the same code. “
