Article R. 1221-2 6° does not apply to Mayotte.

For the application of article R. 1221-13 in Mayotte: 1° The following provisions are added to the first paragraph: “à l’article R. 243-19 du code de la sécurité sociale” ; 2° 1° and 2° are repealed.

For the application in Mayotte of article R. 1225-12, the words: “in article L. 541-1 of the Social Security Code” are replaced by the words: “in article 10-1 of order no. 2002-149 of 7 February 2002 relating to the extension and generalisation of family benefits and social protection in the departmental community of Mayotte”.

For the application in Mayotte of article R. 1233-32, the words: “of article 32 of law no. 2000-37 of 19 January 2000 relating to the negotiated reduction of working hours” are replaced by the words: “of article 35, II of order no. 2017-1491 of 25 October 2017 extending and adapting the legislative part of the labour code, and various provisions relating to work, employment and vocational training in Mayotte”.

For the application of article R. 1263-4-1 in Mayotte, the words: “the departmental unit mentioned in article R. 8122-2 within whose jurisdiction the service is provided” are replaced by the words: “the Mayotte directorate for companies, competition, consumption, labour and employment”.

For the application of article R. 1263-6-1 in Mayotte, the words: “the departmental unit mentioned in article R. 8122-2 within whose jurisdiction the service is provided” are replaced by the words: “the Mayotte directorate for companies, competition, consumption, labour and employment”.

Article R. 1423-4 does not apply to Mayotte.
