Subsection 3: Special schemes

For the application of article R. 5424-2 in Mayotte, the following words are added after the words “affiliated to the insurance scheme”: “applicable in Mayotte”.

For the application of article R. 5424-3 in Mayotte: 1° In the first paragraph, after the words: “insurance scheme”, the words: “applicable in Mayotte” are inserted; 2° In 2°, after the words: “insurance scheme”, the words: “applicable in Mayotte” are inserted.

The provisions of Section 3 of Chapter IV of Title II of Book IV of Part Five of the Labour Code (regulatory part) do not apply to Mayotte.

The provisions of section 4 of chapter IV of title II of book IV of the fifth part of the labour code (regulatory part) are applicable to Mayotte, subject to the following adaptations: 1° The amount of previous earned income mentioned in 3° of article R. 5424-70 is set at 7,500 euros calculated over a reference period defined in II of article R. 5424-71; 2° In 4° of article R….
