Subsection 3: Training plan for courses involving distance learning

Before the trainee starts work, a training plan drawn up by agreement between the director of the establishment and the trainee will be drawn up for courses involving teaching provided wholly or partly by distance learning.

The training plan defines: 1° For each month, the timetable, the nature of the work, the estimated time required to complete the work requested and the method used to check that the work has been carried out; 2° The trainee’s attendance record, based on the ratio between the estimated time required to complete the work actually carried out by the trainee and checked by the establishment and the estimated time…

The training plan is sent, together with the trainee’s application for remuneration, under the conditions set out in 1° of article R. 6341-33.
