Title V: PROVISIONS APPLICABLE IN THE WALLIS AND FUTUNA ISLANDS

For the application of this Part in the Wallis and Futuna Islands: 1° In article L. 1121-3, the third paragraph is deleted; 2° In article L. 1330-1, the words: “article 346 of the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union” are replaced by the words: “the protection of the essential interests of its security and which relate to the production of or trade in arms, munitions and war materials”.
