Where, during the course of the procedure for the award of a contract, an economic operator is placed in one of the cases of exclusion mentioned in sections 1 and 2, it shall inform the purchaser of this change in situation without delay. In this event, the purchaser shall exclude the candidate or tenderer from the contract award procedure on this ground.
