Section 4: Transfer of project ownership

When the construction or rehabilitation of a structure or group of structures simultaneously falls within the remit of several project owners mentioned in article L. 2411-1 or one or more of these project owners and the SNCF Réseau company mentioned in article L. 2111-9 of the Transport Code or its subsidiary mentioned in 5° of this article, they may designate, by agreement, which of them will be the project owner…

When the State entrusts one of its public establishments with the implementation of investment projects or programmes, it may decide that this establishment will exercise all the powers of project owner.
